Very interactive and participatory. I liked the way the training was structured along the monitoring cycle. I was very glad that the program focused, on skills/practices, resume preparation and interview preparation, which helped me obtain my dream job. Hands-on training , labs, theory, and presentation by the facilitators was consistently high quality and engaging. Most importantly, each session provided an excellent review of the challenges and opportunities inherent in each area of IT – while engaging us with real-time challenges to clarify and to find our own creative solutions. I feel that all the techniques used, the methods, the videos, powerpoint, and labs were extremely good. At no point did I feel that the training was “long” or “dragging on”. Even after breaks, I felt that there was a lot of energy and enthusiasm. It is great to have INFOTEK facilitators with so much energy. I felt challenged and consistently drawn into the exercises and presentations had my full attention due to the way in which it was taught and kept interactive, motivated, assertive and very knowledgeable, I already have job offers and I have seen others succeed and obtain good jobs in their desired fields. Once you start learning one area of the subject, there is no stopping to gain training in all IT fields.
